RBKC Seeking to Contain Racism Scandal

In two carefully worded statements, Kensington & Chelsea Council (RBKC) last week sought to manage and minimise the impact of “completely unacceptable” “racist” language from its then-Mayor and current Conservative councillor, David Lindsay, at a 2022 Black History Month event at North Kensington Fire Station. The statements, attributed to RBKC CEO Maxine Holdsworth and Cllr Lindsay himself, seek to justify Lindsay’s ongoing role as a councillor.

The statements followed the revelation in The Times that the former Mayor had described a senior officer at North Kensington Fire Station as having a face ‘as black as the ace of spades’.

In their statements, Holdsworth and Lindsay repeatedly emphasised the councillor’s “remorse” over the incident and his attendance at “anti-racist training.”

Lindsay’s statement begins with the curious line “although this happened in 2022” – characteristic of the mealymouthed tone of both statements.

Lindsay also states, “The council has changed since 2017.”

    When Cllr. Mohammed Kasim Ali; who blocked 29 CLLL applications including NCIL for CCTV for Little Scrubs 2022/23 Christmas Panto Play, Football for Women, Fun Day in Little Scrubs, Coronation Court Day Trip, ect,

    used all his time during the Full Council Meeting in October 2023 the same Chief Executive and the Monitoring Officer Gave him extra 5 min to gibberish

    About supposed N words Islamists phobias Antisemitism and all other rubbish taking my tweets out of Context

    Breaching Data Protection Act 2018 by running to MyLondon friend Adrian with fake stories I was asked to step aside in April 2023 and the Labour Party under Kier was after me;

    wheras I gave the Tories earful about their New Local Plan and Kendal Green Cemetery, Little Wormwood Scrubs left with no Management Plan for years ….

    And I was viciously attacked by him when he turned up to my planning application committee being not registered to speak trying hard to remove me from representing Notting Barn Estate residents calling me Stupid and steering me down with his finger pointing at my face in front of EDC and the residents

    Tory took care of it as thank you for writing rubbish about EDC to National Headquarters….

      is that Hanan Miezou who run Eid Party and defrauded CLLL fund with the Councils blessing

      its not who you are but who you know in the council to promote you and protect you

      on the council payroll as RBKC officer ?

      Food was Free you charged the residents water was free you charged the residents
